**Job Overview**:
As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the payroll department in the day-to-day operations of the organization. You will be involved in various payroll functions such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and payroll tax compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Payroll Processing: Assist in the payroll processing cycle, including verifying timekeeping records, calculating wages, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
Payroll Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations, including calculating and filing payroll taxes, monitoring tax changes, and maintaining accurate payroll tax records.
Payroll Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll transactions and resolve any discrepancies in payroll data.
Employee Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records related to payroll, including updating employee data and processing changes related to payroll.
Payroll Reporting: Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management, including payroll budgets, cost analyses, and employee payroll data.
HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR department by maintaining accurate HR databases, managing employee files, and assisting with HR-related tasks.
Other Payroll duties as assigned.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
0-5 years of experience in Payroll or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
