**Responsibilities**:

- Creating and organizing promotions and advertising campaigns.
- Monitoring sales and identifying any losses or stock wastage
- Working with suppliers and distributors to negotiate prices and order large volumes
- Collaborate with executives, marketers and salespeople to set prices that are good for the market and profit
- Getting to know the customer base and understanding their motivation and sales drivers
- Analysing sales figures - reporting growth, expansion, and change in markets.
- Ensure that websites are updated with the right types and quantities of products.
- Optimize sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable lines and bestsellers.
- Make recommendations for promotional strategies using sales and pricing data.
- Work and communicate with buyers, suppliers, stores, and distributors.
- Design and initiate ideas during product development process
- Working closely with suppliers/vendors to ensure swift response and timely resolution on any issues
- timely deliveries & specifications of products ordered are met to our standards.
- Liaise with suppliers on shipment schedules and process shipping documents.
- Create and manage purchase orders and proforma invoices.
- Manage all import and export matters.
- Source/identify and evaluate potential suppliers in engagement for new business.
- Analysing sales trend and stock level
- Review of monthly sales report in order to maximize sales opportunity.
- Analysing past order history and sales patterns to predict future order trends.
- Conducting annual product training
- Conduct market competition research and market price analysis.
- Analyse competition and local trends and identify key opportunities for growth.
- Research on trends and share ideas with team
- Reviewing customer feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand
- Researching and monitoring industry trends and consumer behavior to anticipate demand and changes in buying patterns
- Making predictions based on sales data, customer feedback and market trends
- Reviewing competitors, including pricing, profit, marketing and other progress.
- Constant communication with cross functional teams to effectively ensure smooth execution of duties and timely resolution of any issues.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of merchandising and purchasing experience in leather bags & accessories, jewellery, home décor or any fashion related industry.
- Minimum Diploma in Fashion Design / Merchandising or equivalent
- Possess strong fashion sense and market sensitivity.
- Strong planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Dynamic, highly self-motivated, meticulous, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good team player with positive work attitude
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills
- Well versed in MS Office, Adobe, Design related software.
- Able to travel to for work as and when required

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
