**Position: Sales Trainer**

**Currently Work from Home but needs to relocate to Gurgaon.**

**Exp - Min 2 to 3yrs**

**CTC - 4.8lpa to 7 lpa**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and continuously improve sales training modules, materials, and resources.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to sales representatives, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
- Adapt training content to meet the specific needs of different sales teams and individual learners.
- Collaborate with sales managers and stakeholders to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the sales team.
- Assess the effectiveness of current training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Educate sales representatives on the organization's sales process, methodologies, and best practices.
- Train sales teams on effective prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques.
- Keep sales teams updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry insights.
- Continuously research and stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in sales training.
- Explore innovative training methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a sales trainer or in a similar sales enablement role for at least 2 to 3years
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and techniques.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying backgrounds and skill levels.
- Familiarity with sales tools, CRM systems, and e-learning platform
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
