- **Handling Inquiries**: Answering customer questions about vehicles, services, warranties, and promotions.
- **Problem Resolution**: Addressing customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
- **Record Management**: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- **Reporting**: Generating reports on customer satisfaction and other relevant metrics.
- **Follow-up**: Following up with customers after service or purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.
- **Promotions and Offers**: Informing customers about current promotions and special offers.
- **Training**: May participate in training programs to enhance their knowledge of products and services.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
