**Role**

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Administer, configure, and manage Enterprise G&A Applications and associated software systems, such as Financial, Procurement, HRIS and Expense Management.
- Set up and deactivate user access for software systems.
- Regularly audit system access to ensure appropriate usage and maintain access records.
- Perform data manipulation tasks, including data cleansing, merging, and deduplication.
- Provide user support for software systems, addressing queries, providing training, and performing troubleshooting of incidents and reported issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software configurations, user guides, and audit procedures.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including formulas and functions, for data manipulation and analysis.
- Conduct regulatory compliance audits related to software systems to ensure legal and organizational compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 - 4 years' experience as a Systems or Application Administrator, with a focus on software configuration and administration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
- Expertise in using Excel and Excel formulas for data loads/manipulation.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience with ITSM and ticket/work management solutions, such as Jira
- Familiarity with Document repositories such as Sharepoint or Confluence
- Proficiency in data manipulation techniques.
- Knowledge of VBA for Excel.
- Experience with regulatory audits and compliance.
