**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused **International Voice Process Associate** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction for international clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, offering support via phone and ensuring a seamless communication experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems to offer effective solutions.
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure complete resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to higher authorities or technical support teams, as needed.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers to ensure that their needs are understood and addressed.
- Handle calls in a polite, friendly, and confident manner, maintaining a professional tone at all times.
- Demonstrate active listening skills and empathy to ensure customer concerns are acknowledged.
- **Record Keeping and Documentation**:

- Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in the company’s CRM or ticketing system.
- Update customer records with relevant details and status updates.
- **Performance Goals**:

- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first call resolution.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes, systems, or product offerings based on customer interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
