**Key ResponsibilitiesInspection & Compliance**
- Conduct routine and surprise inspections of QSR outlets and restaurants to assess food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with **FSSAI guidelines**, local health regulations, and company SOPs.
- Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective measures.
- Maintain detailed inspection reports and follow up on corrective actions.

**Training & Development**
- Design and deliver training programs for kitchen and service staff on **food safety, hygiene, quality standards, and operational efficiency**.
- Conduct onboarding training for new hires and refresher courses for existing staff.
- Use practical demonstrations to enhance learning and ensure standards are consistently maintained.

**Quality & Process Improvement**
- Work closely with operations and kitchen teams to standardize recipes, portion control, and presentation.
- Monitor storage, handling, and preparation processes to prevent contamination and wastage.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance food quality and service speed without compromising safety.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
