Customer Care Representative

- Chandigarh & Mohali
Shift Timings - Night & Day Shifts
Specialism - BPO/KPO
Salary
- 10,000 to 30,000 per month
Cab facility is available in Night Shifts only.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality standards.
Working collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals.
**Required Skills**:
Average to good communication skills, both written and verbal. (English & Hindi both are preferred). Able to frame proper sentences.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Must be reliable in terms of attendance and timing
Qualifications Required:
Both Graduate and undergraduates are eligible
