**ob Description**:
We are looking for a dedicated **International Customer Care Executive (CCE)** to handle customer queries, provide support, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company guidelines and policies for customer interactions.
- Work in a team environment to meet performance targets.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in customer service
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

Work Location: In person
