**Shift: Night Shift (06:15 pm onwards (Monday - Friday))**

**Training Module**:
The comprehensive 3 months training Program for freshers will encompass the following modules:

- **US Culture**: Understanding and familiarizing with the nuances of US Culture
- **US Recruitment Methodologies**: Learning the various methodologies and best practices used in US recruitment
- Through this training program, participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the recruitment field, specifically in the US market

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.
- Actively participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to attract exceptional talent.
- Provide valuable support during the onboarding process and facilitate new hire orientation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of recruiting software and databases
- Familiarity with social media and other recruiting tools
- Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field
- Ability to work onsite in Bangalore
