Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Tender Creation and Management: Create, manage, and submit tenders on the GEM Portal, including preparing and uploading tender documents.

2. Tender Evaluation and Submission: Evaluate tenders, prepare and submit bids, and ensure compliance with GEM Portal guidelines and regulations.

3. Communication with Stakeholders: Communicate with stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and government officials, to ensure smooth tendering process.

4. GEM Portal Compliance: Ensure compliance with GEM Portal guidelines, regulations, and procedures, including updating knowledge on changes and amendments.

5. Tender Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenders, including tender documents, bids, and contract awards.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze tender data and provide reports to stakeholders, including management and suppliers.

7. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and logistics, to ensure effective tender management.

**Requirements**:
1. Qualification: Graduation in any discipline; certification in procurement or a related field preferred.

2. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in tender management, procurement, or a related field, including experience with GEM Portal.

3. Knowledge of GEM Portal: Strong knowledge of GEM Portal guidelines, regulations, and procedures.
