Job Title: Tendering Executive
Location: Ghaziabad
Experience: 1–2 Years
Industry: EPC / Construction / MEP / Electrical / Contracting (as applicable)
Key Responsibilities
- Search and track tenders on GeM, CPPP, state and private portals.
- Study tender documents, BOQ, drawings and technical specifications.
- Prepare quantity take-off, cost estimation and rate analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors for price collection, negotiation and finalization.
- Prepare technical & commercial documents, annexures, formats and declarations.
- Handle pre-bid queries and communicate with clients for clarifications.
- Ensure accurate online/offline tender submission before deadlines.
- Monitor corrigendum, tender updates and follow-up with departments.
- Maintain tender MIS, documentation and submission records.
- Support in post-award activities like EMD, BG, LOA and agreement preparation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GeM, CPPP and e-procurement portals.
- BOQ understanding, estimation & costing skills.
- Good MS Excel, Word and documentation skills.
- Vendor coordination and negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical, communication and email drafting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
- Graduate / Diploma (Engineering preferred).
- 1–2 years experience in Tendering / Estimation / Documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
