**Summary**:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team. The Finance Executive will play a key role in managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the financial success of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management.

**2.** **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments

3. **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Process and review invoices and payments.
- Manage collections and vendor relationships.

**4.** **Financial Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Implement and maintain internal controls.

**5.** **Cash Flow Management**:

- Manage cash flow to ensure the organization's financial stability.
- Monitor and project cash flow needs.

**6.** **Taxation**:

- Assist in tax planning and compliance.
- Prepare and file tax returns and related documents.

**7.** **Ad Hoc Financial Projects**:

- Participate in special financial projects and initiatives as required.

**What it required to do**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA or CMA designation is a plus.
- Proven experience in financial management or related roles with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
