**Job profile**:

- Lead and manage all routine secretarial and legal compliances
- Lead and manage compliances under SEBI Regulations and Listing Agreement as applicable to the Company.
- Maintaining Statutory records and Registers
- Assisting Directors in holding, conducting board, general meetings etc.
- Oversee and monitor the accounting team
- Industrial Accounting with Knowledge of Tax and GST
- Review and release online banking payments.
- Ensure compliance with local authorities, State Revenue Service and other applicable laws.
- Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.
- Compliances under FEMA in respect of foreign inward and outward remittances

**Job Location**: Anand, Gujarat

**Salary Range**: As per Industry Norms
