**Key Responsibilities**
- Design engaging, high-quality creatives for advertisements, presentations, brochures, infographics, mailers, banners, and social posts.
- Create PPT/GIF animations and enhance the look and feel of internal and external documents.
- Maintain brand consistency while staying updated with modern design trends and digital formats.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
- Design layouts for social media, websites, presentations, and print media.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns and ensure high-standard deliverables.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for campaigns, social media, and other platforms.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and short video snippets to increase engagement.
- Explore integration of new design tools, including generative AI, into creative workflows.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts**, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a **Graphic Designer, Video Editor**, or similar role with an impactful portfolio.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), **CorelDRAW**, and other design tools.
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience in creating content for platforms like **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube**.
- Hands-on experience with **Adobe Premiere Pro** or other video editing software for creating reels/short videos.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setup.
- Open to adopting and experimenting with **AI-powered design technologies**.
