**Job Summary**:

As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting cutting-edge design solutions for a variety of platforms, including digital marketing materials, social media, web design, and branding campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Concept Development**: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and develop creative design solutions that align with brand objectives and project requirements.
- **Design Creation**: Produce high-quality visual designs for a variety of mediums including but not limited to social media graphics, website visuals, print advertisements, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
- **Revisions and Updates**: Handle revisions and updates as necessary based on feedback or changes in project scope.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work including digital, print, and branding projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle feedback constructively.
