IFAS it's an Edutech company and product-based firm. We are basically an e-learning platform where we provide courses for students, aspirants and professionals cracking national-level exams like CSIR NET, UGC NET, CUET PG, IIT JAM, GAT B, SET, PSC, GATE, DBT, BARC-OCES, ICMR, TIFR, JEST & NBHM. The company was founded by Dr. Kailash Choudhary and Radheshyam Choudhary and was established in the year 2002. We have 4 branches in India-Kolkata, Pune, Jodhpur and Hyderabad.

**Role : Digital Marketing Trainee**

**Responsibilities**:

- To Manage the social media handles through tools like Buffer, Canva ETC.
- To work on YouTube Analytics and analyse the reach and engagement.
- To handle the promotional activities.
- To assist with team with day-to-day media marketing tasks.

6 Month:

- Probation Period
- Salary:7 K
- Designation: Associate

After 6 Month, based on performance:

- Exit from IFAS, if performance is not upto the mark OR
- 3 More month of performance evaluation (salary remains same), probation period is increased in this case OR
- If performance is good, promoted to Digital Marketing Associate and salary revised to range 12 K - 15 K (based on performance)

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
