- Role: SEO Management and Analytics
- Responsible for delivering traffic, revenue and conversion targets for all organic channels
- Responsible for improving funnel conversion for all traffic coming from organic channels
- Develop, lead and deliver charter for content and SEO led conversion
- Develop an understanding of the industry landscape and prepare a detailed SEO plan after studying competitor’s strategy
- Research, strategize, plan and execute on organic search improvements for GetMega.
- Own roadmap for organic search ranking, all on-site and off-site SEO initiatives, technical SEO like Schema mark-up and rich snippets, website auditing, navigation, pages, content, crawl accessibility, keyword research and internal and outbound links to ensure optimal performance
- Create technical guidelines for designers and developers to help optimize for SEO including URL structure, canonicals, page speed, information architecture, internal linking guides, markup.
- Build distribution strategy / affiliates, riding on non-advertisement Traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and own conversion from Blogs, Forums, Commenting, Bookmarking techniques for better SEO results
- Works towards the development of link building from relevant sites and directories
- Develop SEO reporting and regularly track our SEO growth and opportunities through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other operational metrics and learnings
- Work with social media and Performance Marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
- Have in-depth knowledge of various tools like Ahrefs, Google keyword planner, Buzzsumo and the ability to choose the right keywords and use long-tail search strategy to improve page rank and search engine visibility
- Analyze data from Google Analytics/ Google search console/ Google tag manager/ SEM rush and suggest improvements in the action plan
- Expert in GA set up and management

**Basic Qualifications**
- Should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in core SEO
- Proficient with various digital tools like Google Adwords keyword tool, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEM rush, Metahashtags,
- Knowledge and abilities normally acquired through a Bachelor’s Degree in a digital media-related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience. MBA preferred.

- Ownership of revenue delivery from organic channels and budgets on all channels, including interfacing with-cross functional teams and channel leads

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
