VDOIT Technologies Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEO Executive to join our dynamic team. We're an IT services company based in Gurugram, India, delivering robust enterprise solutions across a spectrum of industries including Sports Tech, Healthcare, Agritech, Blockchain, Metaverse, Web 3.0, Assets Management, Real Estate, Fin-tech, Talent, Communication, Legal Tech, Data monitoring & Data Analysis.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content creation and optimization efforts.
- Identify and address technical issues on the website that impact SEO performance.
- Lead off-page projects, including link-building activities to enhance domain authority.
- Collect and report data on traffic, rankings, and other SEO metrics to track performance.
- Work closely with content and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall goals.
- Understand HTML and CSS for on-page optimization and technical problem identification.
- Utilize Google Analytics to analyze user behavior and track SEO effectiveness.
- Stay updated on SEO and integrated marketing trends for continuous improvement.
- Effectively communicate findings, strategies, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Analyze data to provide evidence-based recommendations for SEO improvements.
- Optimize local search presence through Google My Business and local directories.
- Collaborate on UX enhancements to improve site usability and conversions.
- Adapt strategies in response to search engine algorithm changes.
- Conduct internal training on SEO best practices for cross-functional teams.
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking mechanisms.
- Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and trends.
- Ensure mobile-friendliness and optimal mobile search experience.
- Collaborate on A/B tests for landing pages and SEO elements.
- Develop strategies for global SEO expansion, including localized content.
- Be currently enrolled in a related degree program.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas.
- Be a team player.
- Have a passion for SEO and its best practices.
