**Job description**:

- Minimum qualification B.E / B. Tech / Diploma (Full Time)
- 4 - 5 years, in which at least 1 year in Remote Mgmt. (2+ years core experience in any (Lync, Skype, teams ) technology
- Good knowledge of call logging system (BMC Remedy, BMC ITSM, Peregrine, mobility, etc.).

**Certification Requirement**:
Below certifications is required or latest certification on Exchange, Skype for business

**MCSA: Office 365**

**Latest Exchange Certification (for Example: 70-341 **Core Solutions of Microsoft Exchange Server 2013)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals - Learn | Microsoft Docs
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate - Learn | Microsoft Docs

**Unified communications**
- Good knowledge in MS teams, Skype for Business, Lync,
- Good knowledge in Skype for Business / Lync (version 2013 or higher preferably)
- Strong knowledge in Skype Telephony and Enterprise Voice
- Lync troubleshooting knowledge
- Knowledge of Exchange 2013 administration, and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory technologies
- Knowledge of tools like LDIFDE, CSVDE, NLTEST etc.
- Good knowledge of using PowerShell for day-to-day activities and Bulk Operations.
- Skype for Business High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Windows Fabric, Load Balancing, Front End Pool, Server Roles
- Good knowledge of Active Directory concepts
- Good Knowledge on exchange and Voice mail
