**Job Title**: Academic Coordinator - Pre Primary

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a committed and responsible teacher for the role of and Academic Coordinator to join our team. He / She shall be primarily responsible for teaching along with overseeing and coordinating all the academic aspects of the pre primary wing.

**Responsibilities**
- Teach and guide the students of pre-primary wing
- Designing, implementation, monitoring and revising curriculum to align with educational standards and school goals.
- Coordinating with teachers to ensure consistency in teaching methods and assessment practices.
- Tracking student progress through data analysis of grades and assessments.
- Identifying areas where students need additional support and implementing interventions
- Communicating student academic performance to parents and guardians
- Provide faculty support in the form of initiating trainings and other teacher development programs
- Preparing and submitting academic reports to school administration
- Actively support the values, vision, ethos, culture and policies of the school

**Required Educational Qualifications**:

- Graduate / Post Graduate
- NTT trained with B.Ed.
- Fluency in English

**Work Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school
