**Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)**1. **Academic Responsibilities**
- Prepare lesson plans, course files, and maintain documentation as per academic norms.
- Develop and upgrade course content to align with current industry and academic trends (AI, ML, Data Science, etc.).
- Ensure timely syllabus completion and academic delivery as per the academic calendar.

2. **Research and Publication**
- Undertake high-quality research leading to publications in Scopus/Web of Science/SCI-indexed journals.
- Supervise M.Tech and Ph.D. research scholars and guide student projects.
- Present research work in national/international conferences/seminars.

3. **Student Development**
- Provide mentoring, career guidance, and project supervision to students.
- Organize and participate in student development activities like workshops, hackathons, coding contests, etc.
- Foster industry readiness in students through innovative teaching and exposure to real-world projects.

4. **Administrative & Departmental Roles**
- Actively participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and internal audits.
- Support accreditation processes (NAAC, NBA, etc.) through documentation and data submission.
- Handle responsibilities like timetabling, examination coordination, lab management, etc., as assigned.

5. **Curriculum Development & Innovation**
- Contribute to the design and revision of curriculum in line with NEP guidelines and emerging technologies.
- Integrate MOOCs, industry certifications (NPTEL, Coursera, etc.), and blended learning techniques.

6. **Professional Development**
- Attend FDPs (Faculty Development Programs), seminars, and workshops to enhance teaching and research capabilities.
- Maintain membership in professional bodies such as IEEE, ACM, CSI, etc.

7. **Community & Industry Engagement**
- Collaborate with industry professionals for guest lectures, internships, and consultancy projects.
- Engage in outreach activities, school visits, and community initiatives to promote the department/university.

Pay: ₹14,540.04 - ₹40,000.00 per month
