Job Details: Salary - Rs. 10,000-Rs. 20,000 a month

Job type: Full-Time

Job Requirement: Work on MEP Design projects for Designing / Drafting - Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing
- 1. Should be well versed with AUTO CAD programs & commands.

2. Basic knowledge of HVAC Systems.

3. Draftsman with knowledge of Duct Sizing & Routing, Cable Tray Sizing & Routing, Pipe Sizing, Lighting design, etc is preferred.

4. Understanding of symbols required for preparing the schematic

5. Worked on MEP/HVAC Coordination layouts.

6. Prepare necessary sections & Elevations based on the plans as required for the projects.

7. Maintain project drawings/records / Revisions.

8. Prepare & Maintain a database of CAD blocks & general layouts.

9. Work on CAD drawings for MEP/HVAC Systems & Schematics as per instruction from Project lead / MEP Designer

10. Worked on the excel sheets and word documents for preparing the schedules and quantities for the systems as required for the project
- **Qualifications/Requirements**:
Software skills: AutoCAD 2D/3D, Microsoft office word /Excel

Qualification: ITI / Certification course from a recognized Institute for Drafting / CAD Experience: 2 - 3 Years of experience in MEP/HVAC Project works in Commercial / Industrial / Pharmaceuticals / Hospitals / Hospitality

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
