We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and layouts for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HVAC design principles and proficiency in AutoCAD or related drafting software.

Prepare detailed HVAC drawings, layouts, and schematics based on design specifications and project requirements.

Work closely with the design engineers to develop plans for ducting, piping, and equipment placement.

Create shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings for HVAC installations.

Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and company design guidelines.

Revise and update drawings based on site changes or client feedback.

Coordinate with architects, civil, electrical, and plumbing teams for proper integration of HVAC systems.

Maintain accurate documentation and filing of all drawings and revisions.

Assist in quantity take-offs and material estimation when required.

  • Qualifications & Skills:Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Drafting / HVAC Design.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Draftsman in the HVAC industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
  • Good knowledge of HVAC systems (ducting, chilled water, ventilation, etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and architectural drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
