Responsible for processing payroll using ADP workforce now and resolving all payroll related queries.
- Maintaining time sheets; time sheets follow-up; tracking expenses and reimbursing after approval;
- Maintaining payroll related documents like Form I-9, Form W-4, direct deposit details with a void check, and employee information form; keeping track of all payroll benefits like Health Insurance,
- Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, HSA, FSA and 401k; doing all necessary payroll related updates before every payroll; Passing payroll accrual journal entries at the end of the month;
- Updating QuickBooks with necessary payroll accounting entries after every payroll;
- Supplying reports and other required documents to CPA at the time of audit;
- Coordinating with ADP for any portal issues or updates; maintaining employee portal for pay stubs and W2; updating employees personal details in the portal as per the updates received;
- Reporting management with the projected payroll requirement before every payroll; submitting post payroll reports to the management after every payroll.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
