Sales Executive

A real estate sales executive's responsibilities include:
- **Generating sales**: Working with existing customers to generate sales and developing new business opportunities
- **Customer relationships**: Building and maintaining relationships with customers, listening to their needs, and presenting appropriately
- **Sales strategies**: Developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- **Marketing**: Ordering, preparing, and finalizing marketing materials, and promoting new listings on social media
- **Client guidance**: Guiding clients through the buying, selling, and investing process, and accompanying them to properties
- **Negotiations**: Facilitating negotiations and transactions
- **Market knowledge**: Staying informed about current market conditions to guide clients
- **Networking**: Networking to find new clients and following up with existing ones
- **Property list**: Developing and maintaining a list of properties
- **Site visits**: Organizing and booking property showings and site visits for prospective customers
- **Reporting**: Reporting on sales activities to top management
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Compensation Package:
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
