**Customer Delight Officer**

As Customer Delight Officer** you will be required to do a wide range of activities including taking calls, answering business inquiries, resolving issues and facilitate information.**

**Job Description/KRA**:

- Resolving the customer's complaints and determining the cause of the problem.
- Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problems/issues.
- Expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information and building sustainable relationships of trust.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Inform customer about deals and promotions

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any stream, MBA would be a definite plus
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Soft spoken with good communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Should have an attitude to help.
- Sincere and hard-working individual
- Should be able to establish rapport with customers.
