**Job Title: Public Health Coordinator, Karnataka**

As we expand our presence in the public health sector, we seek a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Public Health Coordinator for our project implementation in Karnataka, India.

**Position Overview**:
With support from SELCO, we are implementing a project in Karnataka, India. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Public Health Coordinator to support the deployment and implementation of our products and technologies in the Karnataka districts of India. The Public Health Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, effective product usage, conducting refresher training sessions, and coordinating with SELCO teams and stakeholders to maximize the impact of our interventions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-site Implementation**: Ensure that all products are installed, configured, and integrated successfully into the existing healthcare system.
- **Training and Capacity Building**: Conduct training sessions and workshops to train healthcare professionals on the effective and efficient utilization of the products. Additionally, organize refresher training sessions to ensure continuous skill improvement.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical assistance for the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of products and technologies.
- **Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting**: Regularly monitor the performance and impact of the products in the districts. Collect data and feedback to assess the effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Prepare periodic reports on deployment progress, challenges faced, and achievements.
- **Coordination**: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Selco teams, district health authorities, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with NGOs or non-profit organizations, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong focus on quality and timely delivery of work
- Well-organized with good time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well and flexibly i.e. autonomously, in small teams, and with a wide range of varying stakeholders
- Familiarity with health systems in India and the specific healthcare challenges faced by Karnataka.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated districts.
- Fluency in local languages (Kannada) and English.

**Salary**: 15k

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
