
Customer Calling Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Manage calls of the customers.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and systems.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Ensure that customer are retained.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong call handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- It is an in-office job.
**Required Skill Set**:
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Good fluency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Proven experience working as a Customer Service Executive.
- **Undergraduates/Fresher’s can also apply**. Must have completed 18yrs of Age.
- Being competitive and willing to work under pressure.
- Immediate joiners residing in Meerut.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
