We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Cisco UCCE Trainer** to deliver training sessions to learners as part of our professional upskilling program. This is a **part-time freelance** opportunity ideal for working professionals or consultants looking to share their expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver structured and engaging training sessions on **Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)**.
- Conduct classes for **1 hour on weekdays** and **2 hours on weekends**.
- Complete the syllabus within a **30 to 40-hour** timeframe.
- Provide real-time examples and hands-on guidance wherever applicable.
- Address student queries, provide support materials, and ensure conceptual clarity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working with Cisco UCCE.
- Prior experience in training or mentoring is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage remote learners effectively.
