Admin Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement of admin-related items.
- Handle vendor management — negotiate rates, issue POs, and track payments.
- Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, courier, pantry, and security services.
- Support HR and accounts teams with administrative documentation and filing.
- Maintain attendance registers, visitor records, and other office documentation.
- Manage travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and logistics for staff and guests.
- Ensure timely renewals of office contracts, AMC, and utility payments.
- Coordinate repairs, IT support requests, and other facility requirements.
- Assist management in organizing meetings, events, and internal communication.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and company administrative policies.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**.
- Ability to handle vendors and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in **office administration / facility management**.
- **Industry Preference**: Corporate / Financial Services / Insurance / Any sector with office admin experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
