**Job Summary**:
We are looking for passionate and hardworking Goan Cook to join our multi-cuisine restaurant in Goa.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- **Preparing food**: Preparing and cooking traditional Goan dishes, such as curries, seafood specialties, and vindaloo
- **Food presentation**: Determining how food should be presented, including portioning, arrangement, and garnishing
- **Food safety**: Ensuring food safety and hygiene, including proper food handling and storage
- **Kitchen management**: Supervising and coordinating cooks and kitchen staff, and monitoring stock levels
- **Menu planning**: Assisting with menu planning and ensuring variety and quality of dishes
- **Quality control**: Ensuring food quality and notifying management of any issues
- **Safety and sanitation**: Adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines, and reporting accidents and unsafe work conditions
- **Training**: Assisting with hiring, training, and evaluating employees
- **Inventory**: Tracking inventory and ordering kitchen supplies and ingredients
- **Equipment**: Learning how to use and care for kitchen equipment and utensils

**Requirements**:
1) Minimum 1-2 years work experience in Goan cuisine.

2) Perfect Knowledge of Goan department

3) Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.

4) Able to take responsibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
