**Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator (Jr. PC)**

**Location**: Chandigarh (Hybrid - Work From Office Mandatory)
**Shift Timing**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM IST (Flexible; availability required for scheduled calls)
**Experience Required**: 1-2 years
**Compensation**: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000/month
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and tracking of IT projects.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Break down requirements into smaller actionable tasks with guidance from senior team members.
- Support Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and meeting notes.
- Help identify project risks and escalate them to senior coordinators or managers.
- Prepare basic status reports and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination/operations (IT/software preferred).
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Exposure to project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh/Tricity region.
- Previous experience in IT/software project coordination is a plus.
- Team player with a proactive and learning-oriented attitude.
