**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Coordination**:

- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project deliverables.
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress trackers.
- Identify potential risks, delays, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Support project managers in conducting status meetings and follow-ups.

**Business Analysis**:

- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Assist in preparing process workflows, user stories, and use cases.
- Participate in testing, validation, and UAT support.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum **6 months of experience** in project coordination and/or business analysis.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT project environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,402.23 - ₹25,089.54 per month
