**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise on-site execution of interior projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and design teams for smooth project flow.
- Ensure work quality and adherence to approved drawings and materials.
- Monitor project timelines and report progress to project managers.
- Manage site manpower, allocate tasks, and solve on-ground issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Maintain site documentation including daily logs, labor reports, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at the site.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior execution methods.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with MEP coordination and handling subcontractors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
