**1. Relationship Manager (Residential Sales)**

**Experience**: 3+ years in residential real estate sales (West Pune market)
**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ End-to-end sales handling of premium residential properties.
✔ Generating leads and converting them into successful transactions.
✔ Building strong, long-term client relationships.
✔ Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.

**Skills Required**:
✔ Proven **track record** in residential real estate sales.
✔ Strong **negotiation & communication** skills.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and a go-getter attitude.
✔ Ability to understand **client needs** and offer tailored property solutions.

**2. Property Advisor (Residential Sales)**

**Experience**: 1+ years in real estate sales (West Pune market)
**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ Assisting buyers in finding the right property as per their requirements.
✔ Conducting **market research** and staying updated on real estate trends.
✔ Following up on leads and ensuring a smooth sales process.
✔ Coordinating with developers and builders for the latest project updates.

**Skills Required**:
✔ Strong knowledge of the **West Pune residential market**.
✔ Excellent **interpersonal & communication** skills.
✔ Passion for real estate and ability to guide buyers effectively.

**3. GM/AGM - Sales (Senior Leadership Role)**

**Experience**: 6+ years in real estate sales, leadership & business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ **Profit & Loss (P&L) Management** to drive business expansion.
✔ Managing and mentoring the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
✔ Strong **network & connections** in the Pune West market.
✔ Driving **sales strategy, team performance & market penetration**.
✔ Self-driven with the ability to lead and scale operations independently.
