We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Executives to Work from Home for e-Commerce process. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.

**Responsibilities**: Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and assist them with their queries related to the products and services Provide accurate and timely information to customers Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly Meet targets for call handling, customer satisfaction and other performance metrics **Requirements**: Device Configuration - 8GB RAM, i5 and above or Ryzen 5 and above, Windows 11, SSD 512GB, active webcam, USB headset, active antivirus and should have basic knowledge oncomputer Internet - Only Broadband (30MBPS downloading and uploading) Minimum 6 Months of experience in customer support role Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali Typing Speed-30WPM/90% Accuracy Graduation and Above **We Offer**: 18K CTC Attractive incentives and bonuses Health insurance benefits Comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role Opportunities for career advancement within the organization
