Young Edsplorer is a dynamic travel company specializing in organizing experiential learning travel programs for schools and colleges. Our mission is to bridge education and exploration, providing students with enriching experiences that extend beyond the classroom.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct thorough research to identify new experiential learning opportunities and destinations.

Investigate the latest trends and innovations in education and experiential learning.

Develop comprehensive reports and presentations on potential educational travel programs.

Analyze educational standards and learning objectives to align travel programs with curriculum requirements.

Facilitate experiential learning activities during travel programs, ensuring they are educational, safe, and enjoyable for students.

Relate classroom learning to real-world experiences, creating meaningful connections for students.

Coordinate with schools and colleges to understand their educational needs and objectives.

Present research findings and program proposals to school administrators, teachers, and parents if required.

Stay updated on educational resources, tools, and materials that can enhance learning during travel programs.

Collaborate with travel vendors and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of travel programs.

Provide guidance and support to students and teachers throughout the travel experience.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Travel and Tourism, or a related field.

Master's degree (not mandatory).

Strong research skills and a passion for discovering new educational opportunities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to relate academic content to real-world experiences.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel and lead student groups on educational trips if required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in education or travel planning is a plus.

Freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
