For Home Appliance / Kitchen Small Appliance Manufacturing Group - 5 - 10 Years- Full Time- FARIDABAD**Job Skills**: QUALITY ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Assembly Supervisor for Home Appliances to join of home appliances, ensuring that products are manufactured to high quality standards and delivered on time. **Responsibilities**: Supervise the production assembly of home appliances, ensuring that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained Ensure that production lines are set up efficiently and effectively, with appropriate levels of staffing and resources Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality Train and support assembly workers to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, and that all employees are working in a safe and healthy environment Coordinate with other departments such as design, engineering, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and delivered on time Maintain accurate records of production output, performance, and other key metrics, and report on these metrics to senior management as required Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 year in a supervisory role overseeing production assembly of home appliances Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices, with a focus on quality control and efficiency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with other departments and senior management Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other production management software If you are a skilled and experienced Production Assembly Supervisor for Home Appliances who is looking WhatsApp 9871195613 **Company Profile
