Deputy General Manager (DGM) New Product Development

Position Overview:
As the Deputy General Manager (DGM) of New Product Development, you will play a key role in driving innovation and leading the development of new products for the fastener company in Faridabad. You will be responsible for managing the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to commercialization. Your focus will be on identifying market opportunities, conducting research and development activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead the overall new product development strategy and roadmap, aligned with the company's business objectives and market trends.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market gaps, and emerging trends, translating insights into new product opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure effective coordination and successful execution of new product development projects.

Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from idea generation and concept development to prototyping, testing, and commercialization.

Qualifications:
