**Job Title**: Medical Biller / Cashier

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle end-to-end **medical billing** processes, including verifying patient information, preparing bills, and submitting claims.
- Maintain accurate records of payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
- Manage **cash and card transactions**, issue receipts, and reconcile daily collections.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing guidelines and internal policies.
- Coordinate with patients, doctors, and insurance providers to resolve billing queries.
- Assist with preparing daily/weekly financial reports.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **medical billing and cashier operations**

(hospital/clinic experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of billing software and MS Office.
- Strong numerical and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle patient interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Willingness to work from office (**Work From Office - WFO**).
