Hi All,

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to join our Billing Rejection team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical billing processes, rejection handling, and coding standards (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS). This role involves analyzing rejected claims, identifying root causes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and resubmission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze rejected Hospital claims from payers.
  • Identify reasons for rejections and take corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and coding standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of rejection trends and resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay updated on changes in billing regulations and coding practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in medical billing and rejection handling.
  • Strong knowledge of Hospital billing rejection and scrubbing/edits.
  • Familiarity with coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
  • Experience with billing software (e.g., Epic, Meditech)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
