As a Telemarketing Executive atHerba Encalve, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and reaching out to potential customers via phone calls. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our products, build rapport with potential clients, and ultimately convert leads into sales. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company's growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outbound calling campaigns.

**Product Promotion**: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential customers.

**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and credibility.

**Sales Pitch**: Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.

**Lead Nurturing**: Follow up with leads at various stages of the sales cycle and provide necessary information and support.

**Objection Handling**: Address customer objections and concerns professionally and persuasively.

**Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.

**Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases.

**Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on lead generation, sales activities, and results.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
