We are looking for a motivated and proactive Admin Assistant (Sales & Marketing) to join our team in Kumbakonam.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking — combining office administration, tele-calling, and marketing support responsibilities.

You will be involved in day-to-day office coordination, assist in sales outreach (calls, follow-ups), and support basic marketing activities while ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support

  • Manage office files, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Maintain attendance records, reports, and petty cash.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Tele Sales & Tele Marketing

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and introduce company products/services.
  • Follow up on inquiries, update client details, and maintain call logs.
  • Support marketing campaigns through phone outreach and lead generation.
  • Provide feedback from customers to the management team for service improvement.

Direct Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team in customer coordination and lead follow-up.
  • Support on-ground sales activities or client visits as needed.
  • Help in preparing sales reports and maintaining customer databases.

Marketing Coordination

  • Support basic marketing activities such as social media updates, local promotions, or event coordination.
  • Assist in preparing promotional materials or gathering content for campaigns.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (any stream).
  • Experience: 0–2 years (freshers welcome with good communication skills).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Excel).
  • Good communication in Tamil and English (spoken & written).
  • Positive attitude, good phone etiquette, and willingness to learn.

Employment Type

  • Onsite – Kumbakonam Office
  • Full-time, 24 working days per month
