**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations, assign duties, train staff, and evaluate performance.
- Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained, adhering to established standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering when needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and manage cleaning schedules and staff assignments.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations.
- Motivate team members to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.

**Qualification**:

- H.S Passed and Above.
- Basic computer knowledge.

**Experience**:

- 1 to 2years in housekeeping.
