**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients with the goal of promoting our products/services and generating interest.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.

**Product/Service Presentation**: Clearly and effectively present the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and sales.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.

**Feedback**: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer responses and preferences.

**Handle Objections**: Address any concerns or objections raised by potential customers and provide appropriate solutions or information.

**Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer queries, and maintain ongoing communication with potential clients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.

**Customer-Centric Attitude**: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs.

**Sales Skills**: Basic knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to close deals.

**Persistence**: Demonstrate persistence and resilience in achieving targets.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations.

**Team Player**: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.

**Previous Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.

**Education**:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or communication is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:This position involves working in an office environment, making calls for an extended period. Full-time positions are available.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
