**Hiring: Academic Advisor**

Are you a passionate and results-driven individual with a knack for guiding students towards success? We're a dynamic EdTech company based on **MG Road** looking for an **Academic Advisor** to join our team

In this role, you'll be instrumental in providing comprehensive academic guidance and support to our students, ensuring they have a fulfilling and productive learning journey. If you have a background in academic mentorship, counselling, or post-sales experience within the EdTech sector, we want to hear from you

**What you'll do**:

- Provide personalized academic advice and support to students, helping them navigate their courses and programs.
- Address student queries and concerns, offering solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
- Monitor student progress and identify areas where additional support or intervention may be needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the student experience and contribute to the development of our academic programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

**What we're looking for**:

- **Experience**: Mandatory experience as an **Academic Mentor, Counsellor, or in a Post-Sales role within an EdTech company.**:

- **Qualification**: MCA, MBA, M.Tech, or MA.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in both **English and Hindi is essential.**:

- **Availability**:Immediate joiners** are highly preferred.
- **Work Schedule**: This is a **6-day working** role with a **fixed Sunday off**.
