- Conducting comprehensive research and brainstorming essential bid elements.
- Creating compelling and thorough proposals.
- Assessing risks and resolving concerns raised by clients and internal staff.
- Ensuring the punctual completion of all deadlines.
- Collaborating closely with project managers, design managers, estimators, and senior team members.
- Conducting team briefings following the successful securing of bids..

**Responsiblites**:
Should have good experience working on online bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer and Guru etc.
Should have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Prior success in generating new business leads for e-commerce, web design, web development and software development projects through online portals like Upwork is a MUST.
Positive attitude and learning skills.
Knowledge of bidding portals (upwork, Guru, freelancer etc.)
Bringing new projects through Bidding, Client Communication, Proposal, making/writing, Excellent communications etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
