We are looking for a Part time sales associate for our consulting firm. As a part-time sales associate for a consulting firm, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and convert them into clients. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building relationships with potential clients and understanding their needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and goals. Showcase the firm's consulting services and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions and presentations to educate clients about the benefits of the consulting services offered. Highlight the value proposition and address any concerns or objections.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Foster long-term partnerships by understanding their evolving needs and delivering solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with the consulting team to develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with the client's requirements and objectives. Ensure timely delivery of proposals and follow-up to secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the company's CRM system. Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Identify potential areas of growth and contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the consulting industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
- The results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
