**License and Permit Management**:

- Identify and acquire all necessary permits and licenses required for the restaurant’s operation (e.g., health, safety, fire, alcohol, business, and zoning permits).
- Monitor license and permit renewal deadlines and ensure timely renewal.
- Manage all documentation related to licensing and permits, ensuring they are organized and up-to-date.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure the restaurant complies with all legal regulations and government requirements at the local, state, and federal levels.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and government agencies to address licensing and compliance issues as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations or new laws affecting restaurant operations and update management on necessary actions.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain a database of all licenses and permits, including expiration dates, renewal schedules, and status updates.
- Provide regular reports to management on the status of licenses, potential issues, and action plans.
- Document any changes in the restaurant’s operations that may affect licensing (e.g., menu changes, expansion, new services).
- **Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payments of fees related to licensing and permits.
- **Inspections and Audits**:

- Coordinate and manage inspections related to health, safety, and other regulatory bodies.
- Prepare and guide the restaurant through regulatory audits or inspections.
- Address and resolve any issues identified during inspections to avoid penalties or disruptions in operations.
- **Risk Management**:

- Assess risks associated with non-compliance and implement measures to mitigate potential legal or operational risks.
- Work with the legal team to resolve any disputes or issues related to licenses or regulatory compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in license management or regulatory compliance, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal licensing regulations related to the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using licensing and permit management software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
